I forgot my password. Can I reset it?
Because we do not ask for your email address, traditional password resets are impossible. If you lose your password AND the 12-word mnemonic phrase you were given at registration, your account is permanently lost to protect your privacy.
What does the Panic Button do?
The floating red button in the bottom left corner instantly wipes your current session, replaces your browser history for this tab, and redirects you to a neutral search engine. It is built for emergencies.
How do I message an NGO?
Navigate to the Sanctuary Feed. You will see posts from users with a "Verified Support" badge. You can also view the active NGO directory in the Sanctuary panel to send a secure connection request.
